VON Simcoe County invites you to joing the SMART program (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) It’s a 45 minute low impact gentle exercise program specifically designed for adults 55+ to help build muscle strength, balance, endurance, flexibility and mobility. Please bring running shoes, a water bottle and an exercise band (available for purchase).
This program is free. Registration in advance is preferred.
