Soup's On! A fundraiser for the Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County

The Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County is hosting the fundraiser Soup’s On on March 29th, 2026 at the Barrie Legion. Help us find the Best Soup in Simcoe County! All participants will help us with their tickets to judge the Peoples choice for the trophy.

Soup’s On is a delicious community fundraiser in support of the local Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County, with all proceeds going toward programs and services that assist those living with or impacted by dementia. During the event, local businesses generously donate their signature soups for a public tasting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere of community spirit. Guests can purchase tickets at the door and will receive six tasting tickets—each redeemable for a 4-ounce sample from any participating vendor. The Barrie Legion has kindly donated the venue, and every soup vendor contributes their creations to this meaningful cause, making Soup’s On not only a tasty event but one that truly makes a difference in the lives of many.

All of the soup will be donated from local Simcoe County restaurants!

Registration is at the door – the cost per person is $25.

Parking is free.
