Meaningful Connections - Care Partner Respite Program

This FREE program is designed for care partners and older adults living at home who are experiencing dementia or frailty. Care partners participate alongside their loved one in a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages connection, social engagement, and meaningful shared experiences. Through therapeutic music, memory activities, gentle movement, and opportunities to connect with others, participants can reduce isolation, access helpful resources, and enjoy meaningful engagement together.
