Heritage Hangouts: Simcoe County Forests

Looking for a fun, meaningful way to connect? Join us at the Simcoe County Museum for Heritage Hangouts, a relaxing and welcoming bi-weekly program designed for older adults experiencing dementia.

This week we discover the story behind the Simcoe County Forests! Join us for a short hike or ride to the historic Red Pine House, where our Forestry department will share the fascinating history hidden among the trees.

Each session is unique; come for one or all four! Registration is free, so please register for as many sessions as you’d like. While participants engage, care partners are encouraged to take a break, enjoy the grounds, or connect with others.
