Please Join us for CHATS inaugural South Simcoe Seniors Active Living Fair! If you are an older adult or caregiver you don’t want to miss this event! Exhibitors will include Community Care Partners, Healthcare providers, and public and private service providers. Free hearing screening and other health clinics, and demonstrations all geared to older adults and caregivers living in Simcoe County! Admission is free! A healthy snack and grab bag will be provided to everyone who attends!
