Flow in the snow for a good cause. This year, The Sharing Place Food Centre can use our help more than ever. This annual event is a karma yoga experience which means you can donate any dollar amount to participate. All proceeds are used to purchase fresh food for those in need in our community. Suggested donation amount, $20.
Wear warm and comfortable outdoor apparel- whatever you’d wear tobogganing or skiing. Yoga mats not required. After SNOWGA (full yoga practice in the snow) you’re welcome to meet at neighbouring FARE restaurant for an après social. Please bring your friends and family- the more the merrier- just be sure to register online through Acuity scheduler.
